I hate these because I always end up forgetting about it during the year or I just get lazy. Usually when people ask me what mine is I come up with some bullshit answer like "Become a better person." But I actually have one that I'm hoping I'll be able to follow through with.
My new years resolution is to get a job. I want to be able to buy my own things and not depend on gifts or stealing. I want to buy a nice record player, I'm not sure what kind yet but I know I want one and every person who I've asked to get me one has said its a stupid investment because they're outdated. I'm not sure if I should go with something more simple, (picture 1) or something more complex. (picture 2)

I'm just dreading dealing with people and actually having to be nice to them.
Anybody who says record players are a stupid investment needs to rethink their priorities. Record player love is forever. Until it breaks. But still.
