Grave Babies - Crusher Review
I have been introduced to the nightmarish and unstabilized minds of Grave Babies.
Crusher draws you in with "I" which feels like strange nightmare, you can't help but want to continue listening. The lo-fi quality and twisted lyrics leave you with a sweetly gross taste in the back of your ears. During "Pain Cycle" thoughts that I have been suppressing, good or bad, came through the surface. I actually had to stop because I felt myself beginning to weep. Unsure of whether or not I might have made a mistake, I decided to carry on anyway. "No Fear" had me floating around in limbo, waiting to be dragged to the other side but being denied sweet bliss I was left there for all eternity. As it ended I was met with relief. Like waking up from being dead for a few minutes. I feel like I've said this repeatedly but its the best description I can come up with, its a pleasant nightmare.
If you like grunge, spooky punk, or just want to feel strange then I highly recommend you buy this. I'm still not sure whether or not I'm going to buy but when I feel depressed I'll totally have a listen.

Song of My Week: 17 Feb. - 23 Feb.
Lion With Wings by Black Lips
After about two weeks of cold, spring-like weather, it began to snow. It crushed all hopes of ever seeing the sun unmasked by clouds. It may be the birds chirping in the background but this song make me long for spring.

Ludo
I don't think I've ever mentioned Ludo which I think is weird because they're the foundation of my taste in music.
For those who've never heard of Ludo they're a pop punk band from St Louis, Missouri.
